Joe Lin

Joe Lin is Co-founder and CEO at Twenty. He drives Twenty’s mission to deliver industrial-scale cyber power so the United States and its allies can deter and defeat their adversaries.

Previously, Joe was VP of Product Management at Palo Alto Networks, joining through the $1.25B acquisition of Expanse, where he founded and led the National Security Division. A former U.S. Navy Reserve officer, Joe has spent over a decade defending U.S. military, government, and critical infrastructure networks, and has worked at leading research institutions including the RAND Corporation.

He holds degrees from Johns Hopkins University and the University of Pennsylvania, and serves as a Commissioner at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS).
