Adam Howard
VP Government Relations
Adam leads government relations at Twenty. For over two decades, he held senior roles in the U.S. House of Representatives, Senate, and on the international stage. Most recently, Adam served on the National Security Council transition team overseeing cyber, intelligence and other issues. Prior to the transition, he was Staff Director of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence and a member of the Gang of 8. As a staffer, he worked for six Members of Congress, two Committees, and served as the United States Secretary to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly.
Adam holds degrees from Indiana University and American University. He has been an adjunct professor at George Washington University, guest lecturer at several universities including Harvard and the National Intelligence University, and sits on the board of ARLIS at the University of Maryland. Adam resides in Washington, DC with his wife, two daughters and no pets.
